Unused soap can be returned for any reason at the buyers expense by sending it to Big Apple Soaps 120 Elgar PL 18J Bronx, New York 10475 within 30 days! Please contact support@bigapplesoaps.com prior to sending it back!

Used Soap

Due to the nature of soap and safety concerns any used soap cannot be returned! For used soap we will gladly issue you a credit for a full refund for any reason! If you would rather have a credit applied to a future order we can also do that! If there is any issue regarding your soap please contact support@bigapplesoaps.com.
